Measurement

Last week Room 10 were doing some measuring with their rulers. 

Puawai says "Always remember to start at the first line when you are measuring." 

Jesse says "Always think about what you are measuring with, cm, mm, m or km."

Timo's adventure

In Room 10 we wrote a story about Timo and a kingfish. We were writing a beginning, middle and end to our story.

This is the beginning part of Shaydon's story.

Here are David and Mason with their Kingfish. Kingfish are very big fish. Timo caught a Kingfish in the story. 

We are Room 10

Kia ora,

We are Room 10 at Ōtaki School. We are Year 3 and Year 4 students. Our teacher is Mrs P. She is an on to it teacher. She likes it when we focus on our learning. 

Puawai likes to sit next to Mrs P because she is nice. The boysenberry boys like to run around the field. Malaea likes to help people when they are hurt or have no friends. Adriana likes playing with her friends at the park. Harman likes to eat her lunch outside with her friends.

Mrs P likes to teach drama and acting and maths and ART!
